Kristalina Georgieva
Managing Director
Kristalina Georgieva has been serving as Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund since October 1, 2019. She began her second term on October 1, 2024.
Dan Katz
First Deputy Managing Director
Dan Katz has been the IMF’s First Deputy Managing Director since October 2025. In that role, he leads the Fund’s work on multilateral surveillance and related policies, including on monetary policy, financial markets, debt, and international economic integration.
Bo Li
Deputy Managing Director
Mr. Bo LI assumed the role of Deputy Managing Director at the IMF on August 23, 2021. He is responsible for the IMF’s work on about 90 countries as well as on a wide range of policy issues.
